Abstract:Naturally occurring phenolic compounds (PCs) exhibit potential biological efficiencies and have potential applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Poor water solubility along with some other factors limits the usage of PCs in different industrial sectors. The bio‐efficacy of PCs is also affected due to their low water solubilities.
