Abstract: High fat diets overwhelm the physiological mechanisms for absorption, storage, and utilization of triglycerides (TG); consequently TG, TG‐rich lipoproteins (TGRL), and TGRL remnants accumulate, circulate systemically, producing dyslipidemia.
