Lipogranulema of the hernia sac. Clinical case

Abstract: Lipogranulomas in surgical practice, are the most often encountered in the mammary glands, penis and facial area associated with subcutaneous injections for cosmetic purposes of various types of fillers that cause chronic granulomatous inflammation.
