Lipid profile comparison of tomato extract and atorvastatin supplementation in atherosclerosis rats

Abstract: The use of synthetic drugs, such as atorvastatin and simvastatin, often cause health problems caused by side effects. Tomatoes are a food source that contains antioxidants such as vitamins A, C and E in high amounts and increase because of the processing.
