Perceived support and commitment feelings are vital factors for improved performance. In this respect, the current study aims to investigate the key role of perceived co-worker support (PCS), perceived supervisor support (PSS), and perceived organizational support (POS) on lecturer's affective commitment (AC) and continuous commitment (CC), and in turn on their academic performance. To do this, a survey questionnaire was developed and distributed amongst various university faculties in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. In total, 204 data points were collected. Based on the results, it has been observed that perceived coworker support and perceived organizational support have significant impact on continuous commitment. Additionally, perceived co-worker support and perceived supervisor support were shown to have significant positive impact on university faculties' performance.

The aim of the study is to develop a reliable evaluation criterion to assess the readiness of the education institutions for online education. In this regard, we adopted Lokuge et al. (2019) questionnaire to evaluate universities preparedness in Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Based on that, content analysis has been fulfilled with the academicians in the region. The results were analyzed through validity and reliability methodologies. Lastly, the independent samples t-test has been employed to compare the readiness of public and private universities in the region. Therefore, the prior aim of the current study was to develop a questionnaire to test the readiness of the universities for online education. Secondly, we aimed to test the questionnaire comparing the readiness of public and private universities. It was found that the adopted questionnaire worked properly in the education field. Therefore, the questionnaire can be used in all educational institutions. Secondly, there is a lack of study in the readiness for online education field after Covid-19. Hence, the current study develops a methodology to measure online education at the universities using a state of art questionnaire.

The aim of this paper is to understand what knowledge management in general is and what factors affect knowledge management. For starters, we will look at what knowledge management is and how we can use it properly, then we will look at the different factors that make up good knowledge management, and lead firms and institutions into success and better outcome. There are a lot of factors that contribute and affect it overall, but the focus is on four main factors. These factors are the leader and manager's behavior, the teamwork they do, the dynamic and reconfiguration capabilities. A survey was performed to get a better understanding of the situation and hear the problems from different employees' perspectives. The research allows readers to get a better understanding of the issues and problems that are ongoing in universities. A lot of these are results of how the manager in a department in organizations behaves and how the working environment is as well as how well the organization manages to acquire, keep, and share information while getting rid of outdated information. We will be looking at how efficiently firms and institutions in the Kurdistan Region apply knowledge management techniques and whether they do it properly. If we find out that the Kurdistan Region companies and institutions use knowledge management properly and to the best interest of their work, then we can safely say that the Kurdistan Region is in a good state.
