Linking emotion regulation strategies to employee motivation: The mediating role of guanxi harmony in the Chinese context

Abstract: This study examined the mediating role of guanxi harmony, a concept of interpersonal relationships specific to the Chinese context, between leaders’ emotion regulation strategies and employee motivation.
