Linking corporate entrepreneurship and human resource management in SMEs

Abstract: PurposeThis article seeks to analyse the human resource management (HRM) practices adopted in small and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) for promoting corporate entrepreneurship (CE) in the Spanish context.
