Linkages between the Agricultural Development Programme and the Local Government Agricultural Department in Southeast, Nigeria

Abstract: The study assessed the inter-organizational relationship between the agricultural development programme (ADP) and the local government agricultural department (LGAD) in implementing participatory extension policy in Southeast, Nigeria.
