Abstract:We report a case of a 2-year-old girl who was diagnosed with natural killer cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and treated with an acute lymphoblastic leukemia chemotherapy regimen. Two months posttherapy, the disease relapsed with a myeloid immunophenotype.
