Lindnera saturnus Kullanılarak Hücresel Biyodönüşüm Yolu ile Fuzel Yağından Muz Aroması Eldesi

Abstract: An efficient biotransformation of isoamyl alcohol obtained from fusel oil to isoamyl acetate in a molasses based medium via in situ product removal (ISPR) with macroporous adsorption resin was carried out with Lindnera saturnus. Nine types of macroporous adsorption resins with different polarities and surface areas were tested with synthetic medium and then in batch and fed-batch cultivations.
