“…As important stress-activated protein kinases, JNK/p38 MAPK are overactivated under intracellular and extracellular stress and followed by the increase in ROS generation and oxidative stress damage, which leads to various forms of cell death like Parthanatos, apoptosis, and ferroptosis (Kwak et al 2021;Liu et al 2023;Zheng et al 2017).
