Limitations in Cytodiagnosis- An Institutional Study

Abstract: BACKGROUND Fine needle aspiration cytology has replaced open biopsy in majority of the palpable lesions. Differentiation between benign and malignant lesions is possible with this procedure with low cost, but has certain limitations.
