Limitation of the Opportunity to Dispose of One’s Life and Body as Another Measure of Criminal Procedure Coercion

Abstract

The authors propose to create a new measure of criminal procedural coercion, which allows law enforcement agencies to limit the possibility of participants in criminal proceedings to dispose of their lives and bodily substance.
