Limit onτ-neutrino magnetic moment from neutrino counting

Abstract: Neutrino counting at e + e -colliders can be used to provide a limit on the magnetic moment of the .r neutrino. We obtain a limit of p < 5.6 X 1 0~~~~ at 90% C.L.
