Limit of Application of Breed Method and Relationship between Individual Bacterial Counts measured by Breed Method and Colony Counts measured by Standard Plate Count Method

Abstract: where the ratio was 0,33 to 3, was about 85%.Individual bacterial counts of a raw milk sample was estimated from colony counts multiplied by 3.5,and each bacterial clump in raw milk consists of about 3.5 individual bacteria.
