“…Primary progressive aphasia (PPA) is a clinical syndrome caused by neurodegenerative disease such as frontotemporal dementia or Alzheimer’s disease that is characterized by progressive language deficits with relative sparing of other cognitive domains (Gorno-Tempini et al, 2011; Mesulam, 2003).
