“…Here we found that the Philippine Islands are inhabited by at least 18 species of Chromodoris, roughly 41% of the global biodiversity of Chromodoris, thus reinforcing the species richness present in the region. This is identical to the findings of Ong et al (2017), where 41% of the global biodiversity of Gastropteridae was found in the Verde Island Passage of the Philippines.
