“…Integrins took part in the angiogenesis and considered a potential antiangiogenic target which upregulated in tumor related blood vessels [40,41]. The results of this study are in line with recent studies of Khalid Mehmood et al, [42], who examined the expression of ITGB3 in thiram treated chickens and found downregulation of ITGB3 gene on day 14. Similarly, we have found ITGB3, including ITGAV, ITGA2, ITGB2, and ITGA5 integrin genes downregulated in TD-effected chickens on day 15 as compared to normal chickens.…”

“…Similarly, we have found ITGB3, including ITGAV, ITGA2, ITGB2, and ITGA5 integrin genes downregulated in TD-effected chickens on day 15 as compared to normal chickens. Khalid Mehmood et., al [42] has found that, the usage of ligustrazine in TD chickens significantly increased the expression of ITGB3 which helps to prevent the TD. We found five integrin family downregulated genes on day 15 of thiram-induced TD chickens-including, ITGB3 and other integrins such as ITGAV, ITGA2, ITGB2, and ITGA5 may have a crucial role in angiogenesis.…”

“…Thiram is used in experimental birds for the induction of TD to explore the fundamental pathway of TD. However, liver metabolic activities are disturbed by the poisonous effects of thiram (Shahzad et al, 2014b;Mehmood et al, 2019a). Chicken tibial cartilage is developed by a series of processes and there is involvement of various key enzymes which plays a pivotal role in cartilage development.…”

“…A 4 µm thick incision was made to prepare the slides. These paraffin-embedded segments were dewaxed in xylene and stained with H&E stain [47]. A light microscope was used to observe the pathological changes in the tibial bones.…”
