Abstract: Light-emitting structures based on colloidal quantum dots of cadmium sulphide having a high color rendering index Abstract. Quantum dots created by colloidal synthesis (CQD`s) were investigated. The paper shows how by changing the size and concentration of CQDs the emission spectrum of the structure with a color rendering index greater than 90 was achieved.
