Light concentration by modified fiber tips and attached scalpel probes

Abstract

The optimization of shape of conical laser probes in respect of mimmization of light leaking through the tapered side surface was considered and possibility by improving a focusing effect in laser scalpels employing tapered probes with a novel parabolic form was studied.
