Abstract:ZusammenfassungEine Unterversorgung von 25(OH)Vitamin‑D3 (Calcidiol) besteht in vielen Ländern mit mäßiger Sonnenlichteinstrahlung, langen Wintern und nur mäßigem Fischkonsum. Risikogruppen für einen Vitamin‑D3-Mangel stellen ältere Personen über 65 Jahre dar, geriatrische Personen in Pflegeheimen, Säuglinge und Kinder/Jugendliche.
