Life-Threatening Severe Thrombocytopenia and Mild Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia Associated with Brucellosis

Abstract: Methods. We report the case of a 73-year-old Saudi female who presented with severe thrombocytopenia and mild autoimmune hemolytic anemia associated with brucellosis. The coexistence of published cases of two hematological disorders with brucellosis is rare. Results.
