It is difficult to avoid the electrical fire by the user's attention. We have been developing to the electrical deterioration sensor to detect indication of the electrical fire. Now, we have estimated about the electrical deterioration sensor [1]. Especially, has the deterioration detect algorithm are robustness of the surge and tangent current? Result of the estimations indicates practical use in the house application. So we start next step for commercialization of the technology which is development of the prototype. This paper describes test sets and prototype of the deterioration sensor on the embedded system.

It is difficult to avoid the electrical fire by the user's attention. We have been developing to the electrical deterioration sensor to detect indication of the electrical fire. First, we have measured and analyzed a characteristic of the electrical deterioration current waveform of appliance. Next, we have confirmed to detect an indication of the electrical deterioration, based on current waveform analysis of the power cycle irregularity.
