“…An integrated case management system may also assist by linking people in prison to individualised service provision pre-release to ensure continuity of care once in the community. Post-release, there is a need for enhanced, intensive and integrated specialist intellectual disability and community mental health services 1 with links to supports in the justice, community and welfare, housing and health 30 , 31 services.
