Levothyroxine dosing post total thyroidectomy – the ideal equation?

Abstract: Aims Levothyroxine (LT4) therapy is necessary post total thyroidectomy to suppress TSH for differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) and euthyroidism for benign thyroid disorders.
