Abstract: Levofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic which is used widely in treating various infections. Despite this benefit, Levofloxacin has a cardiac side effect called drug-induced long QT syndrome (diLQTS), which is associated with Torsades de Pointes (TdP).
