“…Transcripts were first summarized into a framework matrix using a standardized template with 12 key domains based on the interview guide. [22][23][24][25] Investigator triangulation 26 was achieved through two undergraduate students independently summarizing each transcript, comparing summaries, resolving any discrepancies, and then developing a final summary. After 50% of the summaries were completed in pairs and a consistent summary technique was established, the undergraduate researchers then independently summarized the remaining transcripts.…”

“…The research team, including the PI, analyzed the data during weekly meetings (August 2019-January 2022), beginning with summarizing and analyzing transcripts into a framework matrix of 12 key domains extrapolated from the interview guides (see Supporting Information). [19][20][21][22] Investigator triangulation 23 was achieved for 50% of the transcripts until a consistent technique was established. All final summaries were cross-checked against the original transcripts to ensure accuracy.…”

“…High-quality health care can be achieved through delivery using an RPM model for a wide range of clinical conditions [14,[23][24][25][26][27][28]. Reductions in health care costs, hospital readmission, and increased access to care with better clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction are some of the potential benefits associated with this innovative strategy of offering health care outside of traditional clinical settings [16,19,21,[29][30][31].…”
