Leveraging premalignant biology for immune-based cancer prevention

Abstract: Prevention is an essential component of cancer eradication. Next-generation sequencing of cancer genomes and epigenomes has defined large numbers of driver mutations and molecular subgroups, leading to therapeutic advances.
