Level of work engagement of employees of a private university in the northern Philippines during the CoVID-19 pandemic

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has brought economic changes to countries around the world. Educational institutions are affected by the alterations of activities necessary to sustain the teaching-learning process. The study explored the level of engagement of the employees of a higher education institution. Only 79.7% of the targeted population voluntarily participated in the survey.
