Leukaemia presenting with fulminant hepatic failure in a child

Abstract: In all children with fulminant hepatic failure, the differential diagnosis of leukaemia should be considered, particularly if there is hepatosplenomegaly, pancytopenia and a high lactate dehydrogenase.
