Let7a involves in neural stem cell differentiation relating with TLX level

Abstract: Neural stem cells (NSCs) have the potential for differentiation into neurons known as a groundbreaking therapeutic solution for central nervous system (CNS) diseases. To resolve the therapeutic efficiency of NSCs, recent researchers have focused on the study on microRNA's role in CNS. Some micro RNAs have been reported significant functions in NSC self-renewal and differentiation through the post-transcriptional regulation of neurogenesis genes. MicroRNA-Let7a (Let7a) has known as the regulator of diverse cell… Show more

“…Further study with animal model is needed to elucidate the role of miR-Let7A in brain endothelial system under hyperglycemic condition. Second, this study used nontreated cells and high glucose-treated cells as “control” based on the previous reports [16, 2124], but using control mimic (i.e., C. elegans miR-2 or any other unrelated miR) in the control cells would be meaningful to elucidate the sole effect of miR-Let7A on brain endothelial cells in the future.…”

“…Recently it was shown that miRNA lethal-7b (let-7b) also regulates the decision of the fate of neural stem cells [ 98 ]. Overexpression of let-7b led to the inhibition of proliferation of neural stem cells and accelerated neuronal differentiation, whereas the antisense drop of let-7b resulted in an increased proliferation of neural stem cells.…”

“…This gene product is also contributed in regulating axonal growth and synaptic connectivity leading to gain an adequate of the central nervous system CNS Cariboni et al, (6). Moreover, Song et al, (28) demonstrated that T-cell leukemia translocation, also known as Hox11 (TLX) is considered as an important target in neural development through the progressive regulation of cell cycle in Neural Stem Cells (NSCs). Modern poultry production is generally aimed at elevation of egg production and inhibition of incubation behavior Xu et al, (31).…”
