Abstract: Esophagectomy is the mainstay treatment for cancer of the esophagus. Over the last two decades robotic assisted minimally invasive oesephagectomy (RAMIE) have become increasingly popular in esophageal surgery. We present a rare complication of an air leak following RAMIE.
