This study aimed to describe children's listening skills in lesson study-based learning activities at Telkom preschool group B1 in Ternate City. The students involved were 24 early students. The lesson study process included preparing, observing, and reflecting lessons in the context of listening skills. In data analysis, Miles and Huberman interaction model was employed to describe the data qualitatively and quantitative data analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that children listening skill on lesson study-based learning activity on the ‘market day’ topic implemented at Telkom Preschool Group B1 in Ternate City was categorized as good (81.8) and sufficient (68.2). Furthermore, the data the development of a non-cognitive assessment instrument for listening ability in early childhood based on lesson study is feasible to be implemented .The result can be used as a basis for improvement and strengthening a lesson study activities dealing with listening skills in preschool that lesson study-based activities can improve children early listening skills in understanding subjects on the theme ‘market day’.

Collaborative professional learning is essential for teachers to work collectively in facilitating student learning. A program of Learning Community under Leadership for Learning was launched to support teacher learning in authentic situations in Taiwan. Applying the theory-driven evaluation model, the study aimed to investigate the impact of a program component of teacher learning communities (TLCs) on professional learning beliefs and behaviors. A sample of 226 elementary and junior high school teachers in Taiwan was surveyed and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings suggest that the experiences in TLCs had an impact on teachers’ professional learning beliefs and behaviors through their self-efficacy. Additionally, teacher self-efficacy was found to have a direct impact on their beliefs and behaviors, and beliefs were found to affect behaviors significantly. This study has expanded the understanding of self-efficacy in relation to professional learning beliefs and behaviors and provided practical insights for effective strategies for teacher development.

The Terunyan Village or already known as Bali Aga village's has a very old tradition. Those traditions need to be inherited through the transformation of knowledge from those who already know and carried out the existing traditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the indigenous values of Bali Aga community in Terunyan Village in learning as a modality for strengthening the nation's character. Respondents in this study were 60 students in one of elementary school in Terunyan. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection is used the direct observation method. The data analysis is carried out through three steps such as reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions/verification. Based on the results of data reduction, it was found that the implementation of independent values such as the values of caring, peace-loving, cooperation, familiarity, and religious can be categorized as very often applied in learning process. Positive cultural values that grow in the community can still be integrated in learning as modality for strengthening the nation's character. The results of this study have implications for the sustainability of the inheritance of the noble values of society to the younger generation through the education system.
