Abstract:Objective: To report a case of cutaneous and intraoral lesions in widespread paracoccidioidomycosis. Case description: A male patient, aged 44, presenting weight loss for four months, frequent cough and fever, with diagnosis hypothesis of tuberculosis, who sought dental care due to a granulomatous asymptomatic ulcerated oral lesion.
