Lesões císticas do pâncreas: uma revisão da literatura

Abstract

RESUMOAtualmente no Brasil cresce o número de diagnósticos incidentais de tumores císticos de pâncreas em pacientes submetidos a exames de imagem com outra indicação. As neoplasias císticas do pâncreas podem ser divididas principalmente em cistoadenoma seroso, cistoadenoma mucinoso, cistoadenocarcinoma, neoplasia intraductal mucinosa papilífera (IPMN) e tumor sólido-cístico importante, potenciais malignos diferentes, ocasionando terapêuticas divergentes. ABSTRACTCurrently in Brazil grows the number of incidental diagnosis of cystic tumors of the pancreas in patients undergoing imaging studies with another indication. Cystic neoplasms of the pancreas can be divided mainly into serous cystadenoma, mucinous cystadenoma, tumors with different characteristics and, most importantly, different malignant potential, leading to divergent therapies. This project aims to conduct a bibliographic review facilitating the diagnosis, treatment and the follow-up of patients.
