Abstract

This study by J.-Ch. DROUET is the summary of his own scientific thesis. He has described the way in which forest fires spread out, the chemical means of fighting against them etc.. .The author suggests a defensive system including both ground arrangements, utilisation of material, tactics and staff organisation. This study and the suggested solutions are the author's own proposals and, as usual, engage but his own responsability.
