“…The latter has been repeatedly recorded in such regions of Asia, as the Altai (Kornienko & Gulyaev, 1997), Barguzin depression, Transbaikalia (Eltyshev, 1975), and Central Asia (Tokobaev, 1976 Kornienko et al 2008). Vaucher (1971) has reduced Spasskylepis ovaluteri as a synonym of Ditestolepis diaphana and some authors probably refer to this species under that name. The validity of S. ovaluteri was restored by Gulyaev et al (2004).…”
