The new lightest gauge boson B H with mass of a few hundred GeV is predicted in the littlest Higgs model. B H should be accessible in the planed ILC and the observation of such particle can strongly support the littlest Higgs model. The realization of γγ and eγ collision will open a wider window to probe B H . In this paper, we study the new gauge boson B H production processes e − γ → e − γB H and e − γ → e − ZB H at the ILC. Our results show that the production cross section of the process e − γ → e − ZB H is less than one fb in the most parameter spaces while the production cross section of the process e − γ → e − γB H can reach the level of tens fb and even hundreds of fb in the sizable parameter spaces allowed by the electroweak precision data. With the high luminosity, the sufficient typical signals could be produced, specially via e − γ → e − γB H .Because the final electron and photon beams can be easily identified and the signal can be easily distinguished from the background produced by Z and H decaying, B H should be detectable via eγ collision at the ILC. Therefore, the processes e − γ → e − γB H and e − γ → e − ZB H provide a useful way to detect B H and test the littlest Higgs model.

Lepton-flavour violating τ -decays are predicted in many extensions of the Standard Model at a rate observable at future collider experiments. In this article we focus on the decay τ →µµμ, which is a promising channel to observe lepton-flavour violation at the Large Hadron Collider LHC.We present analytic expressions for the differential decay width derived from a model-independent effective Lagrangian with general four-fermion operators, and estimate the experimental acceptance for detecting the decay τ →µµμ at the LHC. Specific emphasis is given to decay angular distributions and how they can be used to discriminate new physics models. We provide specific predictions for various extensions of the Standard Model, including supersymmetric, little Higgs and technicolour models.

Mirror Twin Higgs(MTH) models always contain heavy gauge bosons and extra Higgses. Besides, to accommodate tiny neutrino masses via seesaw mechanism, new heavy neutrinos can also be introduced in MTH extension models. Such new particles and interactions may lead to new contributions to the lepton flavor violating (LFV) processes, including ℓ i → ℓ j γ and ℓ i → ℓ j ℓ k ℓ l .We find that current experimental data can stringently constrain the parameter spaces and certain LFV processes can possibly be tested by the next generation colliders. One-loop contributions of the new particles to the muon anomalous magnetic momentum are also calculated. Such contributions can still not solve the discrepancy between the experiments and the prediction of the standard model.
