Leptomeningeal myelomatosis with hypertrophy of the cauda equina nerve roots: A case report

Abstract: Patients with multiple myeloma (MM) often have neurologic complications, but infiltration of the leptomeninges in MM as intracerebral metastases or leptomeningeal myelomatosis is rare. 1,2 We present a patient with MM and leptomeningeal myelomatosis as characterized by cauda equina nerve root hypertrophy.
