Leptin: Ein Parameter für metabolische Veränderungen der Herzinsuffizienz

Abstract: Plasma leptin concentrations correlate with the NYHA functional class suggesting anabolic metabolism in NYHA class II and catabolic metabolism in advanced heart failure which might be of prognostic relevance.
