Lenalidomide‐associated progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy

Abstract: Background Lenalidomide, an analogue of thalidomide, is frequently used to treat multiple myeloma (MM). Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) is an infectious disease of the central nervous system caused by the reactivation of the JC polyomavirus.
