Lemierre’s Syndrome: A Thing of the Past?

Abstract: Introduction: Lemierre’s syndrome (LS), infectious thrombophlebitis of the internal jugular vein, is a rare, life-threatening complication of oropharyngeal infections underrepresented in literature.
