Abstract:Leimyosarcoma (lms) is a malignant soft tissue tumor of smooth muscles. The tumor arises intramuscularly and in subcutaneous locations. It is unusual to encounter lms in head and neck region, even more infrequent to discover lms in nasal and paranasal sinuses.
