Abstract:Leiomyosarcoma (LMS) is a malignant mesenchymal tumour, which originates from the smooth muscle cells. Leiomyosarcoma of vascular origin most commonly originates from inferior vena cava (IVC). Around 400 cases of IVC leiomyosarcoma were reported in literature till date.
