Leiomiomatose peritoneal disseminada: relato de caso

Abstract: Introdução: A leiomiomatose peritoneal disseminada (LPD) é uma condição rara, majoritariamente benigna, caracterizada por implante de múltiplos nódulos de músculo liso, de variados tamanhos, de origem uterina, na superfície peritoneal e pélvica-abdominal. Relato de caso: Paciente com 46 anos, nuligesta, procurou o hospital terciário em 2019, com queixa de sangramento uterino anormal, em uso de desogestrel e história de miomectomia em 2005.
