Legitimation of earnings inequality between regular and non-regular workers: A comparison of Japan, South Korea, and the United States

Abstract: This study explores functions of labor market institutions in perpetuating earnings gap between different categories of workers with focusing on people’s views of earnings gap between regular and non-regular workers in Japan, South Korea, and the United States.
