Legislative Regulation of Investment Activity in the Eaeu

Abstract

The article highlights the legal approaches to the study of investment activities within the EAEU member states. In this aspect, the issues related to the problem of lack of uniformity in the legal regimes of the EAEU mem-ber states in the field of investment activities were considered; within the framework of the study, the analysis of the investment activities of the EAEU member states is carried out, the structure of investments in fixed assets is examined in detail; the ways of unification of the legislative regulation of the EAEU investment activity, as well as the development of the investment attractiveness of the countries are proposed.
