Legal Use of Marijuana: Will Scientific Evidence Overwhelm Self-Perceived High Feeling?

Abstract: With the legalization of recreational marijuana, the concerns about its potential negative impact on abusers' cognitive and mental health have not been being discussed thoroughly. Driven by commercial interests, many marijuana-related scientific research results have not been well considered in the policy making process.
