Left ventricular summit -- concept, anatomical description and clinical significance

Abstract: In recent times the left ventricular summit (LVS) has become an interesting heart region. This triangular epicardial area is a ventricular arrhythmias source with a high level of difficulty for radiofrequency ablation.
