Left ventricular outflow tract obstruction with abnormal papillary muscles

Abstract: IntroductionAbnormal papillary muscle (PM) is an unusual cause of left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction [1], and is often found in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) [2].
